Peer Support

8:30 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with lunch and snack

This service helps you connect with others, build support, and work toward recovery and overall wellness.

You’ll take part in activities with people who are going through similar experiences. These activities are often shaped by you and others in the group, and they focus on helping you:

  • Speak up for yourself and your needs
  • Build relationships and a strong support system
  • Improve daily living skills
  • Become more independent

The goal is to help you feel supported, grow, and live as independently as possible.

Substance Abuse

This is an outpatient program for adults (18 and older) who need extra structure and support to recover from substance use.

In this program, you’ll learn:

  • How substances affect your life and health
  • Skills to support your early recovery
  • How to build a strong support system
  • Ways to prevent relapse

You’ll meet regularly with a team that may include medical providers, therapists, and recovery support staff—all working together to support you.

The program is structured with scheduled sessions, but still allows you to live at home and continue with work or school while getting the help you need.
